| Smell | Lightly sweet malt and roasted nuts | ||||

| Taste | I must admit I don't know what a hazelnut tastes like unless it's smothered in dark chocolate in a BACI, but this brew was quite tasty. Slightly sweet, but not too much. Thick and smooth feel with good carbonation | ||||
| Comments | I have seen this Iron Chef make a sauce by cutting open eyeballs and scooping out the vitreous humor. Just thought you would like to know that. I would try this one again. | ||||
