| Smell | Smell was very light with a whiff of cocoa powder and just a hint of alcohol. | ||||
| Appearance | Deep, dark mahogany with a 1/2" head with nice lacing. | ||||
| Taste | Nice creamy chocolate to start with just a slightly bitter finish. After the first 2 sips, the chocolate flavor disappeared and became a light stout. The chocolate and typical stout coffee flavors were somewhat subdued. | ||||
| Comments | With a name like Double Chocolate Stout, I was expecting more, but it was good and I will definitely have it again. | ||||
