| Smell | As soon as the bottle was opened, I smelled pine, citrus and tropical fruit...pineapple maybe. | ||||
| Appearance | Bright, clear orange with a nice, long lasting head and moderate carbonation. | ||||
| Taste | Wow! A ton of hops no doubt, but also some very nice malty sweetness to counteract the hoppy bitterness. Lots of pine, caramel, citrus and grapefruit. Extremely easy to drink considering the 102 IBUs and the 8% abv. | ||||
| Comments | I thought this was going to be a total hop bomb that would dissolve the enamel on my teeth and make my head explode. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. By far the best DIIPA I've had. It's going to be hard to beat Hop Stoopid, especially for only $5.00 for a 22 ounce bomber. | ||||
