| Smell | Smell is awesome with a pile of pink grapefruit and floral notes. | ||||
| Appearance | Clear, golden orange with a modest white head. | ||||
| Taste | This is a very well balanced IPA with a slightly sweet, slightly bitter grapefruit flavor at the beginning and a nice floral, hoppy, bitter but smooth finish. It delivers a big hop flavor without the harshness of some IPAs. | ||||
| Comments | New Belgium beers have only been available in Maryland since August of 2011 and Ranger IPA has quickly found a place in my Top 10. | ||||
