| Smell | Wheat and a little sweetness. | |||||
| Appearance | Brownish amber with a nice big head after a fairly aggressive pour. Pretty dark for a hefe. Nice carbonation. | |||||
| Taste | Taste is slightly wheaty and spicy. The wheat flavor is a little more subtle than most German hefes, which is fine by me. Lots of carbonation. | |||||
