Erdinger Weissebier

Erdinger Weissebräu
Erdinger Weissebier
Erding, Germany
5/30/2009, on tap at Frisco Grille, 5.3 abv

Smell

Very faint wheat and citrus aroma.

Appearance

Hazy pale yellow with a 1/2" head that receeded quickly.

Taste

Pretty light taste for a hefeweizen, but pretty good too. Clean, smooth with no odd aftertaste. I could drink quite a few of these.

Comments

Not as wheaty as most German hefe's, but it also didn't have the odd aftertaste that many hefe's have, not bad, but odd, but I guess odd isn't good either, so since it is not odd, it is good. I have no idea what I just said.
