| Smell | Light malt and hop aroma, with the hops up front. | ||||
| Appearance | Clear, golden honey color with a good sized head. | ||||
| Taste | A nicely balanced beer with the right touch of sweet citrus tang and hoppy bitterness. Very clean and refreshing. | ||||
| Comments | Thanks to Melissa and Shaun for bringing the PBC variety pack from Philadelphia. They also brought the PBR, but I won't hold that against them. This is a Kölsch style beer. I mention that just so I can use an umlaut. It's weird that the word umlaut has no umlauts. | ||||
