Evolution Rise Up Stout

	Evolution Craft Brewing Company Evolution Rise Up Stout Delmar, Delaware 3/12/2010, on tap at Frisco Grille, 6.7 abv
Smell	Roasted coffee, chocolate and more coffee.
Appearance	Dense black with a moderately sized mocha head.
Taste	Big coffee taste, even more that the smell eludes to, with some nice smoky, chocolate/cocoa flavors, but the coffee dominates big time. Very smooth and easy to drink. An excellent stout.
Comments	I'm fairly certain drinking a pint of Rise Up Stout in the morning at work would be frowned upon, so I will stick to drinking it in the evening at my local watering hole when available. Evolution is making some really good stuff.
